Orlando Renaissance Hotel
The total renovation and addition of a conference center at the south gate entry to Disney World™ is “the” facility along crowded US Highway 192. After a total project budget of $22 Million dollars this “franchise flag free” property is now a part of the Renaissance Hotel chain. Everyone of the 577 rooms were completely renovated as well as all public spaces.
Oklahoma City Westin
The design and construction of this downtown hotel restaurant won second place at the 1999 New York hotel design show. While the designer had to create an aesthetic yet functional space, RWG provided many high quality finishes as well as entirely new MEP systems.
Louisville Seelbach Hilton
This property was initially built in 1906. RWG has been performing work at the property since 1991 including the construction of a 45,000 sq. ft. conference center. By 2001, the Seelbach Hilton should be a 5 star quality facility. The speciality restaurant, The Oak Room, has already established this rating.
North Dallas Sheraton
Initially developed as a prototype Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza in the early 1980s, some very “creative” interior design efforts had to be made. With a relatively small budget, the designer and RWG worked very closely from start to finish to accomplish the satisfactory results for our client.
Singer Island Florida Hilton
The former Holiday Inn Sunspree, owned by Host Marriott, was transformed to a Hilton Hotel for a cost of nearly $8 million.
Kansas City Plaza Marriott
Constructed new at the Northwest corner of the Famous Kansas City Plaza, this 300 room hotel was developed in 1987. Although a franchised Marriott Hotel, its unique design at the time was not typical for Marriott. The $32 million development was built on 1.25 acres in 1987.
Sarasota Florida Hyatt Conference Center
Opened since 1975, RWG has performed extensive renovations since 1996. In 2000, a 19,000 SF conference center was added to the facility.
